Updated: Apr 12, 2019

Want to replace a word or words in a document? Don’t waste time going through the whole thing looking for and replacing each word, use the Find and Replace in Word.
Step 1: Hit Control (or Command for a Mac) + F
Step 2: Insert the word(s) to find
Step 3: Click on the magnifying glass that should be beside the search bar (at least on a mac) and click Replace
Step 4: Insert the word(s) that you want to replace it with and click Replace All
